Fortress’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (“FTAI”) in connection with its $100 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the funding of future investments. FTAI, which is externally managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, is a leading global investment management firm. The transaction closed on December 20, 2017.
