Fortress’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented the borrower, Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (“FTAI”), in connection with the arrangement of its $75 million revolving credit facility provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. FTAI is a leading global investment management firm. The transaction closed on June 16, 2017.
