Cravath Publishes Summer 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (“FTAI”), as Holdings, in connection with a $100 million term loan facility made available to WWTAI Finance Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of FTAI. The term loans, provided by Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent, will be used for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions of certain aviation and infrastructure assets. The transaction closed on January 23, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Christopher J. Kelly and associates David J. Benhamou and Noah X. DeBlasi on banking matters; associate Peretz Riesenberg on executive compensation and benefits matters; and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters.
