FTAI’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (“FTAI”) in connection with its $150 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding borrowings under FTAI’s revolving credit facility and the funding of future investments, including aviation investments. FTAI, which is externally managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, owns and acquires high quality infrastructure and equipment that is essential for the transportation of goods and people globally. The transaction closed on February 8, 2019.
