Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its at‑the‑market offering of common units totaling up to US$100 million. GasLog Partners LP is a growth‑oriented master limited partnership focused on owning, operating and acquiring liquefied natural gas carriers under multiyear charters. The units were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 16, 2017.
