GasLog Partners LP’s Registered Common Unit Offering

Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its US$179 million registered offering of common units. GasLog Partners LP is a growth‑oriented limited partnership focused on owning, operating and acquiring liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers engaged in LNG transportation under long‑term charters. GasLog Partners LP is a subsidiary of GasLog Ltd. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 26, 2015.
