GasLog Partners LP’s Registered Offering of Common Units

Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its US$76 million registered offering of common units. GasLog Partners LP, a subsidiary of GasLog Ltd., is a growth‑oriented limited partnership focused on owning, operating and acquiring liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers engaged in LNG transportation under long‑term charters. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on January 27, 2017.
