Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its $115 million registered offering of series B fixed‑to‑floating rate preferred shares. GasLog Partners LP is a growth‑oriented international owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas carriers. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on January 17, 2018.
