GasLog Partners LP’s Vessel Acquisition and Common Unit Offering

Cravath represented GasLog Partners LP in connection with its US$139.5 million follow‑on offering of common units. GasLog Partners LP is a growth‑oriented limited partnership formed to own, operate and acquire liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers engaged in LNG transportation. GasLog Partners LP is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and its general partner is GasLog Ltd. The proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of two LNG carriers from GasLog Ltd. The transaction closed on September 29, 2014.
