GCR’s New York Antitrust Survey Ranks Cravath as “Elite”

Cravath’s Antitrust practice is ranked among the “Elite” in the November 2013 issue of Global Competition Review (“GCR”), which focuses on the best antitrust practices in New York. This is the fourth consecutive year the Firm has been ranked in the highest tier by GCR. The article notes the “swathe of big‑ticket” matters Cravath is handling, including the Firm’s representation of Grupo Modelo and Saint‑Gobain in merger clearance litigation before the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and antitrust litigation for American Express, Morgan Stanley and Qualcomm.
