Gener8 Maritime, Inc.’s IPO

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies and Evercore ISI, in connection with the US$210 million initial public offering of common stock of Gener8 Maritime, Inc., a leading U.S.‑based provider of international seaborne crude oil transportation services. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 30, 2015.
