Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On April 6, 2011, Genpact Limited, a global leader in business process and technology management, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Headstrong Corporation for cash consideration of $550 million. Cravath represented Genpact in connection with this transaction. Headstrong Corporation is a global provider of comprehensive consulting and IT services, and counts as clients nine of the world’s top ten investment banks and three of the top five asset managers. The transaction is being funded by a combination of existing cash and acquisition financing, and is expected to close by May 31, 2011, subject to customary regulatory and other conditions.
