Cravath represented Genpact Luxembourg S.à r.l. and Genpact USA, Inc. in connection with their $350 million registered senior notes offering, guaranteed by Genpact Limited. Genpact is a global leader in digitally‑powered business process management and services. The transaction closed on March 26, 2021.
