Global Brass and Copper’s High-Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $375 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior secured debt offering of Global Brass and Copper, Inc., a leading converter, fabricator, distributor and processor of specialized copper and brass products in North America. Global Brass and Copper is a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, LP. The transaction closed on June 1, 2012.
