Cravath represented the agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the $2 billion amended and restated U.S. first lien revolving credit facility among The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and its subsidiaries, to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on April 7, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner James D. Cooper, senior attorney Patrick J. Moriarty and associate Saarah Woodby on banking matters; associate Dmitry Zelik on tax matters; associate Peretz Riesenberg on executive compensation and benefits matters; and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters.
