S high‑yield senior secured notes offering of GrafTech Global Enterprises Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of GrafTech International Ltd. GrafTech International is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality graphite electrode products. The transaction closed on June 26, 2023.
