Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $450 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering of GrafTech Global Enterprises Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of GrafTech International Ltd. GrafTech International is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality graphite electrode products. The transaction closed on June 26, 2023.

Six Flags is North America’s largest regional amusement‑resort operator with 26 amusement parks, 15 water parks and nine resort properties across 16 states in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The transaction closed on January 14, 2026.

S high‑yield senior notes offering of Mattamy Group Corporation, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder and Canada’s largest new home construction and development firm at the time of the offering.
