Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with the $1.2 billion registered notes offering of Howmet Aerospace Inc., a leading global provider of advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with Howmet Aerospace Inc.’s concurrent cash tender offer. The transaction closed on April 24, 2020.
