IFLR1000 Honors Jed Zobitz, Nick Dorsey and Cravath in its 2021 U.S. Awards

On September 21, 2021, IFLR1000 announced Cravath partners George E. Zobitz and Nicholas A. Dorsey as “Lawyers of the Year” in Restructuring & Insolvency and Equity Capital Markets, respectively. Cravath was named “Team of the Year: M&A” for its representation of clients in a range of complex M&A matters. IFLR1000 also recognized Cravath for its representation of the Ricketts family in connection with Charles Schwab’s $26 billion acquisition of TD Ameritrade, which was selected as the “Deal of the Year: M&A,” and for its representation of the Founders of Palantir in connection with Palantir’s direct listing, which was selected as “Deal of the Year: Equity Capital Markets.”
The IFLR1000 U.S. Awards recognize the “most innovative” deals and the “best performing law firms and lawyers” across the country.
