Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $400 million syndicated loan facility made available to Incitec Pivot Limited and its subsidiaries, Incitec Pivot Finance LLC and Dyno Nobel Europe Pty Ltd. Incitec Pivot Limited is a global manufacturer and marketer of commercial explosives and fertilizers. The transaction closed on August 18, 2015.
The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and associate Zachary A. Portnoy on banking matters; partner J. Leonard Teti II and associates June Hwang and Peter W. Rogers on tax matters; and associate Aaron J. Feuer on executive compensation and benefits matters.
