Cravath received the 2013 International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Americas “Debt & Equity Deal of the Year” award for its role in the US$3.25 billion 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured debt offering of Reynolds Group Issuer Inc., Reynolds Group Issuer LLC and Reynolds Group Issuer (Luxembourg) S.A. Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, in connection with this transaction.
