Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On September 12, 2008, Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C. announced that one of its affiliates has committed to make an investment of $130 million in Interstate Bakeries Corporation (“IBC”) pursuant to a Chapter 11 reorganization plan. IBC is one of the nation’s largest commercial bakers and distributors of fresh-baked bread and sweet goods. Upon emergence from bankruptcy, IBC will become a private company controlled by Ripplewood.
