On September 28, 2022, Cravath partner Jelena McWilliams participated in Converge22, a conference hosted by Circle from September 27‑30, 2022 in San Francisco. Jelena spoke on a panel entitled “The Future of Crypto Regulation,” which examined the current state and the potential direction of cryptoasset regulation and how the United States can remain a source of foundational innovation in the crypto industry.
