Jelena McWilliams Speaks at DC Fintech Week 2023

On November 7, 2023, Cravath partner Jelena McWilliams participated in the 7th annual DC Fintech Week, which was hosted by Georgetown University Law Center’s Institute of International Economic Law from November 6‑8, 2023, in Washington, D.C. The event convened nonprofits, technologists, entrepreneurs and regulators to discuss the fintech ecosystem and the future of finance. Jelena spoke on a panel entitled “The Future of Debt,” which reviewed that subject in light of current macroeconomic trends, including potential impacts on debt terms and community and regional banks.
