Jelena McWilliams Speaks at Money20/20

Cravath partner Jelena McWilliams participated in Money20/20, a conference hosted by Ascential from October 23‑26, 2022 in Las Vegas. Jelena spoke on two panels entitled “What Does It Take to be Part of FDIC,” during which she discussed her legal career and experience working in the government, and “The Truth on Government Affairs for Fintech,” which provided insights into what the fintech industry can expect in the evolving policy environment. Jelena also spoke at the Activate program during a fireside chat and examined the current state and the potential direction of the regulatory landscape.
