On May 14, 2010, Cravath partner John E. Beerbower spoke at the International Conference for Promoting Arbitration, “Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions: Tactics, Challenges, Defences,” a conference co-presented by the ABA Section of International Law and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, held in Warsaw, Poland. Topics covered included dispute settlement in M&A transactions and business and public interests in M&A disputes. John gave the closing remarks.
