Jose Cuervo’s $790 Million IPO

Cravath represented Becle, S.A.B. de C.V., known collectively with its subsidiaries as Jose Cuervo, in connection with its international private offering of shares pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S and its concurrent initial public offering of shares in Mexico through the Mexican Stock Exchange. Jose Cuervo is a globally recognized spirits company and the largest tequila producer in the world. The shares began trading on February 9, 2017, and the transaction closed on February 14, 2017.
