Karin DeMasi Speaks at PLI's Securities Litigation Conference

Cravath partner Karin A. DeMasi spoke at “Securities Litigation 2019: From Investigation to Trial,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City on April 1, 2019. Karin spoke on a panel entitled “Securities Litigation: Trial of the Civil Action or Arbitration,” which discussed the importance of presenting effective evidence, best practices in defending securities cases and special considerations for securities arbitrations.
