Knaus Tabbert AG’s Initial Public Offering of Ordinary Bearer Shares

Cravath, together with Hengeler Mueller, represented Knaus Tabbert AG in connection with its €232 million initial public offering of ordinary bearer shares. Knaus Tabbert AG is a leading European manufacturer of leisure vehicles. The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 25, 2020.
