Kraft’s Bridge Loan Named U.S. Loan of the Year

Cravath represented Kraft Foods Inc. in connection with the £7.1 billion bridge facility that financed its unsolicited bid for Cadbury PLC. The facility was designated by the International Financing Review (IFR) as the “2010 U.S. Loan of the Year” in recognition of its structure, timing and cross-border nature.
