L Brands, Inc.’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of L Brands, Inc., a specialty retailer of women's apparel, personal care and beauty and home fragrance products. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with L Brands, Inc.'s concurrent cash tender offers. The transaction closed on June 20, 2019.
