Law360 Names Cravath a “Tax Practice Group of the Year”

The article highlights the Firm’s innovative structuring of Disney’s $85 billion acquisition of Fox as a “Morris Trust‑style” transaction; Linde’s $70 billion merger of equals with Praxair, noted as “stand[ing] out for its complexity”; and Brunswick’s $910 million acquisition of Power Products, described as a “notable accomplishment.”
