Law360 Names Cravath as a “Securities Group of the Year” for the Third Time

On January 13, 2014, Cravath was named one of Law360’s “Securities Groups of the Year.” This series honors firms based on the significance, complexity and number of litigation wins in which they were involved over the past year. The profile highlights several of the Firm’s notable successes during 2013, including the dismissal of PricewaterhouseCoopers from a securities class action arising out of AIG’s financial troubles that led to the 2008 government bailout and the representation of Credit Suisse and JPMorgan in nationwide residential mortgage-backed securities litigation.
