MediaAlpha’s Registered Secondary Offering of Class A Common Stock

Cravath represented MediaAlpha, Inc. in connection with its $370.3 million registered secondary offering of class A common stock. MediaAlpha, Inc.'s mission is to help insurance carriers and distributors target and acquire customers more efficiently and at greater scale through technology and data science. The transaction closed on March 23, 2021.

The Cravath team included partners C. Daniel Haaren and Andrew J. Pitts and associate Victoria M. Munoz Torres on capital markets matters, partner Eric W.
