Mike Schler, Len Teti and Steven Lorch Author Article on the LSTA Tax Provisions

Cravath partner Michael L. Schler and associates J. Leonard Teti II and Steven J. Lorch authored an article entitled “The LSTA Model Credit Agreement: Overview of Tax Changes,” which appeared in the September edition of Expert Guide: Tax, published by Corporate LiveWire. The article discusses the tax provisions in the revised model loan agreement issued by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA), and its effect on international lending transactions into the U.S.
