Mitsubishi’s $9 Billion Equity Investment in Morgan Stanley

On September 29, 2008, Morgan Stanley announced a $9 billion equity investment by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. as part of a strategic alliance related to Morgan Stanley’s recent conversion to a bank holding company.
