Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and KKR, in connection with the $450 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering of New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc., a privately held, vertically integrated construction materials supplier, heavy/highway construction contractor and national traffic safety equipment provider. The transaction closed on March 12, 2018.
