Nick Dorsey Speaks at Compliance Seminar

On June 14, 2022, Cravath partner Nicholas A. Dorsey participated in “Compliance Issues in the Corporate Life‑Cycle,” a seminar program co‑hosted by Cravath, EBA and Co. Consulting Services and Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC in Tel Aviv, Israel. Nick spoke on a panel entitled “Compliance & Corporate Transactions: IPOs/deSPACs, Financings and M&A.” The program featured leading in‑house and outside legal and compliance advisors discussing compliance and global investigations topics applicable to pre‑IPO and U.S. public companies.
