Nick spoke on a panels entitled “Looking Ahead for Your IPO: What You Need to Know and Do Now,” and “Key Issues in M&A Transactions for Israeli Companies.” The program hosted leading practitioners to review the process and legal considerations for companies going public or considering M&A transactions in the current market environment.
