NorCell 1B AB’s High-Yield Senior Debt Offering

November 21, 2012

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs International, in connection with the €250 million 144A/Reg. S senior payment-in-kind notes offering of NorCell 1B AB (publ), an affiliate of Com Hem AB. Com Hem is the largest cable television operator in Sweden. The transaction closed on November 21, 2012.

The Cravath team included partner David Mercado and associates Benjamin C. Hewitt and Kimberly M. Jeffers on corporate matters and partner Michael  L. Schler and associate Neetin Gulati on tax matters.
