NVR’s Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$600 million registered senior debt offering of NVR, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. The transaction closed on September 10, 2012. The Cravath team included partners William J. Whelan III and Joseph D. Zavaglia and associates Bomi Lee and Curtis R. Weber.
