Palantir’s Potential Direct Listing

Cravath is representing the Founders of Palantir Technologies Inc. (“Palantir”) in connection with the structuring and negotiation of the company’s governance structure for its potential direct listing. Palantir develops and builds data-logic platforms for governmental and commercial institutions and people.
