Phil Gelston Speaks at Directors Roundtable Event Honoring Marc Firestone of Kraft Foods

On February 17, 2010, Cravath partner Philip A. Gelston spoke at a Directors Roundtable event honoring Marc Firestone, Executive Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs and General Counsel of Kraft Foods Inc. Marc was presented with the Directors Roundtable’s leading global honor, entitled “World Recognition of Distinguished General Counsel.” The roundtable discussion focused on key issues facing general counsel of global food companies, including mergers and acquisitions, food industry regulation and product and corporate litigation.
