Platin 1426. GmbH’s Private Placement of High‑Yield Senior Secured Notes

December 22, 2020

Cravath represented the notes purchasers in connection with the €75 million private placement of high‑yield senior secured notes of Platin 1426. GmbH, a direct parent of Schenck Process Holding GmbH. Schenck Process is a leading global provider of equipment and mission‑critical solutions to diverse markets, including minerals and metals, construction and energy and food, chemicals and plastics. Platin 1426. GmbH is a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group L.P. The transaction closed on December 22, 2020.

The Cravath team included partner George A. Stephanakis, practice area attorney Roberto Bruno and associate Adrian K. Kilercioglu on capital markets matters, and partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Duncan H. Hardell on tax matters. Maurice Temming also worked on capital markets matters and Joana W. Li also worked on tax matters.
