Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$2.9 billion 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured and senior unsecured debt offerings of Reynolds Group, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of consumer food, beverage and foodservice packaging products. The transactions closed on June 27, 2016.
