Roundy’s IPO

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$163 million initial public offering of Roundy’s, Inc., a leading Midwestern grocer. Roundy’s shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 13, 2012.

The Cravath team included partner Craig F. Arcella and associates Nicholas B. Harley and Curtis R. Weber.
