Roundy’s Registered Common Stock Offering

February 12, 2014

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$71 million registered common stock offering of Roundy’s, Inc., a leading Midwest supermarket chain. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 12, 2014.

The Cravath team included partner Craig F. Arcella and associate Bomi Lee on corporate matters and partner J. Leonard Teti II on tax matters. Michael S. Atamas also worked on corporate matters.
