Cravath represented Sappi Papier Holding GmbH in connection with its US$700 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior secured debt offering. Sappi Papier Holding GmbH is a subsidiary of Sappi Limited, one of the largest producers of coated wood-free paper in the world. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on July 5, 2012.
