Sasha Rosenthal-Larrea Speaks at PLI’s “Securities Offerings 2020” Program

On October 23, 2020, Cravath partner Sasha Rosenthal-Larrea spoke at “Securities Offerings 2020: A Public Offering from Start to Finish,” a program held virtually by the Practising Law Institute. The program simulated a public offering and offered insights on registration statements, the SEC review and comment process, stock exchange listing and pricing mechanics. The course also highlighted trending topics in the current environment.
