Scott Bennett Speaks at PLI’s 2016 Securities Offerings Conference

On March 11, 2016, Cravath partner D. Scott Bennett participated in “Securities Offerings 2016: A Public Offering: How it is Done,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute, held in New York City and webcast nationally. The program focused on the fundamentals of securities law, the mechanics of doing a public offering versus a private offering, working effectively with the SEC and approaches to disclosure, among other topics.

Scott spoke on two panels entitled “Introduction to the Law of Securities Offerings” and “Working Effectively with the SEC: Preparing Your Registration Statement.”
