Scott Bennett Speaks at PLI’s Securities Offerings Conference

On March 13, 2015, Cravath partner D. Scott Bennett participated in “Securities Offerings 2015: A Public Offering: How It Is Done,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute, held in New York City and webcast nationally. The program focused on securities law concepts, the mechanics of doing a public offering and working with the SEC, among other topics. Scott spoke on three panels entitled “Introduction to the Law of Securities Offerings,” “Working Effectively with the SEC: Preparing Your Registration Statement” and “Important Financial Statements and Accounting Disclosures.”
